资源简介:
This data set contains power and synchronization index of 20 patients with Parkinson's disease and 34 healthy controls both during the resting state and during a movement task. These were calculated for each of 360 cortical areas of the Human Connectome Project brain atlas. For movement-task data, there are 61 time-windows and the 31th window corresponds to time zero. Resting-state power was calculated for alpha, beta and low gamma band. Power during the movement was calculated for alpha and beta band. Synchronization index was calculated for alpha-low gamma coupling and beta-low gamma coupling. There are also representative healthy control's data of power change during a finger-tapping task performed with a left index finger, which were calculated for each of 15,002 cortical vertices of FreeSurfer average.
