UVSafe™ – Public Health and Regulatory Insights for Safe and Sustainable UVA/UVB

UVSafe™ is an unprecedented translational architecture for the safe, sustainable, and regulated use of UVA/UVB radiation among vulnerable populations. Conceived in Brazil and primarily oriented toward Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, and South Asia, the framework integrates molecular photobiology, regulatory governance, intelligent technologies, solar-powered infrastructure, gender equity, and climate adaptation. This updated version consolidates all prior versions registered in OSF, Figshare, and Zenodo, formalizing its pre-study status, which will guide the initiation of in vitro, clinical, territorial, and regulatory phases starting in 2026. No experiments, trials, or data collection have been initiated.
