We propose a multi-year program of ultra-deep observations of the M81 extragalactic field. This survey will constitute INTEGRAL legacy for the study of the AGN population at low hard X-ray fluxes and provide unique synergy with the upcoming all-sky survey by the eROSITA and ART-XC telescopes onboard the Spectrum-Roentgen-Gamma spacecraft. We ask for 5 Ms observations to be performed in the standard 5x5 dithering pattern during 2019-2020. We are planning to ask for an additional 5 Ms after completion of this proposal. [truncated!
