Show details of lease applications including names of applicants, number of shareholders and names, form of company, eg. "legal partnership", locality of the lease, nature of the tract applied for, proposed methods of mining to be undertaken, length of time before machinery will be used and type, number of men employed and the period after which labour conditions will be enforced, official action taken as a result of the application and date and decision of Minister for Lands, period for which the lease is granted; financial details of amount of deposit, survey fee, remittance to Treasury, excess fees, etc. There are also later notations concerning subsequent cancellations of leases and references to Government Gazette notices relating to the leases.
