Raw data for project: Role of apoptosis and oxidative stress in the pathophysiology of Acanthamoeba spp. infection in the kidneys of hosts with different immunological status

The aim of the research was to analyze the effect of Acanthamoeba spp. on the formation of oxidative stress (assessment of gene expression and concentration of NOX2, NOX4 and Nrf2) and on the apoptosis process (assessment of protein and gene expression of Bcl2, Bax, Cas3 and Cas9) in kidneys of immunocompetent and immunosuppressed Acanthamoeba spp. infected and uninfected mice.
