jaxon — data archive for manuscript reproduction

Processed data for reproducing the figures and numbers in the jaxon manuscript. Contains golgi-derived FEM per-contact lead fields (duke_Ves/<nerve>/: nerve_xsec.json, electrode_config.json, paths_Ve.npz) for 29 histology-segmented vagus nerves (18 swine, 11 human), and all processed sweep/validation outputs (outputs/), including the cohort sparse-sampling sweep (outputs/duke_sweeps/). Unpack with a single tar -xzf at the repository root; then run reproduce_figures.sh. See DATA_MANIFEST.md inside the archive. Raw FEM meshes are not included.
