Sequencing of rhizosphere soil microorganisms in northern Tibet

By comparing the differences in the rhizosphere microbial communities of the three dominant plants under three different grassland utilization patterns of enclosing, grazing and mowing, we hope to further explain the influencing factors of grassland degradation in northern Tibet from the perspective of microorganisms, and to seek reasonable grassland management and restore the system. The sequencing platform is the DNBSEQ sequencing platform.
