(A) SDS-PAGE zymography analysis of rTs-Pt in the presence of various metal ions. The gel was stained with ethidium bromide. The numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 indicate the presence of 0 mM, 5 mM, 10 mM, 20 mM, 30 mM, 40 mM, and 50 mM metal ions, respectively.
