List of monuments

Cultural monuments are protected by law and must be entered in a register, the so-called list of monuments. The owners concerned will be notified of the inclusion in the list of monuments. At the same time, the list of monuments is published here and updated weekly. The list of monuments is not exhaustive, but is constantly reviewed, supplemented and cleaned up. All ‘cultural monuments of particular importance’ previously entered in the old ‘memorial book’ under the Monument Protection Act of before 2015 have been automatically included in the new list of monuments, but their representations have not yet been finally updated (description, scope of protection).文化遗产受法律保护，且须登记入册，即所谓的文化遗产名录（list of monuments）。相关所有权人将被告知其所有的文化遗产被纳入该名录的事宜。与此同时，本平台将发布该文化遗产名录，并每周进行更新。该名录并非穷尽式收录，而是处于持续审核、增补与清理的动态过程中。 此前依据2015年之前的《古迹保护法（Monument Protection Act）》纳入旧版“纪念名录簿”的全部“特别重要文化遗产”，已自动被纳入新版文化遗产名录，但其相关记载内容（包括遗产描述、保护范围）尚未完成最终更新。
