Dual Transcriptomic profiling of host and microbiota in small intestines of non-gluten and gluten-fed chickens

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of gluten feeding on microbiomes of small intestines of non-gluten and gluten-fed chickens at 1-week old and 4-week old through RNA sequencing and transcriptomic profiling analysis for host and microbial RNA-seq data.
