Transcriptome analysis reveals that Fusobacterium nucleatum promotes the expression of JAK3 in laryngeal cancer

We perform an analysis of transcriptome to understand the etiological mechanisms of F. nucleatum in laryngeal cancer. Overall design: After laryngeal cancer cells were cocultured with F. nucleatum, whole genome-wide methylation and transcription were analyzed using DNA methylation arrays and RNA sequencing.
