This study aims to investigate the therapeutic effects and molecular mechanisms of HSYA (Hydroxysafflor yellow A) in diabetic kieney disease mice. We utilized C57BLKS/J db/db mice as the diabetic kieney disease model and db/m mice as the lean control. The mice were treated with HSYA for 8 weeks. We performed RNA-sequencing on kidney tissues to identify differentially expressed genes and signaling pathways associated with the treatment.
