Odd Man Out Repository: How climate shaped the modern African flora: extinction and recovery on a continental scale

Supplementary Information tables S4 and S5 are excel files and are included in the "SI-Appendix_RuizDeDiego-OddManOut_TableS4&S5.zip" file. Scripts, input data and instructions to perfom the analyses includded on the article are includded in the "ODDMANOUT-Scripts&InputData.zip" file. Output files for each of the analyses are includded in several zip files named as a combination of the analysis name plus the particle OUT (for output). An example is "RevBayes-EBD-NoEnv-OUT.zip" which includes the output files for all the Non-Environmental EBD HSMRF analyses performed in RevBayes. NOTE: Due to their weight raw sequences for all samples and their linked metadata are uploaded to NCBI (Link/Accession code to be determined).
