Processed Data and Reproducible Code for an Uncertainty-Aware PFAS Mixture Surveillance Framework in U.S. Drinking Water
收藏资源简介:
This record provides the processed figure data and executable Python code supporting the study ‘From Detections to Decisions: An Uncertainty-Aware Mixture Framework for Prioritizing PFAS Surveillance in Drinking Water.’ The analysis uses the final U.S. EPA Fifth Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Rule (UCMR 5) 2023–2025 occurrence release for 29 PFAS in finished drinking water. Materials include an Excel workbook containing figure-specific data and a code archive for analysis and figure generation. Raw UCMR 5 records are not redistributed and remain available from the U.S. EPA. NMF loadings describe scaled, log-transformed feature space and are not physical mixture percentages. Numerical benchmark exceedances are screening results, not regulatory non-compliance determinations, and the surveillance score is not a toxicity score.
