African ancestry lung cancer genetic analyses

This repository contains all datasets (excluding GWAS summary statistics) generated by Betti et al. in the manuscript "Genetic analysis in African ancestry populations reveals genetic contributors to lung cancer susceptibility," published in The American Journal of Human Genetics. The following are the contents of the sub-directories in this dataset: african_ancestry_jti_covariance_matrices: African ancestry SNP covariance matrices constructed to accompany the JTI-based TWAS models. african_ancestry_tumor_adjacent_lung_twas_models: TWAS model database and SNP covariance matrix constricted using tumor adjacent lung expression profiled in African ancestry individuals. gsea_results: Gene set enrichment analysis results. twas_results: TWAS summary statistics. Each study directory contains an additional sub-folder called "mr" containing the input and results from each corresponding Mendelian randomization analysis of significant TWAS associations. GWAS summary statistics are deposited in the GWAS Catalog under accession numbers GCST90624798-GCST90624810.
