Data for: Exploring intra-daily variability of estuarine chlorophyll-a using high-frequency observations and temporal disaggregation

Four 15-minute monitoring records from East Bay, Apalachicola Bay, Florida (November 2023 to April 2026) used in the temporal disaggregation study of estuarine chlorophyll-a: water quality from a YSI EXO2 sonde (Apalachicola NERR, NERRS SWMP), meteorology from NERRS SWMP station APAEBMET, streamflow from USGS gauge 02358700, and water level from NOAA CO-OPS station 8728690.
