MR_IL6R_CRC manuscript-supporting data, figures, source code and GEO validation package v1.1.0

This record archives version v1.1.0 of the manuscript-supporting data and code package for the MR_IL6R_CRC project. The package supports an integrated evidence-chain analysis evaluating IL6R-associated immune, myeloid and inflammatory microenvironmental patterns in colorectal cancer. It includes processed manuscript-supporting tables, final and candidate figures, figure legends, source-data/code traceability files, GEO external validation outputs, R/PowerShell scripts, workflow records and repository metadata. Version v1.1.0 adds manual GEO validation materials, including GSE39582 tumour-normal validation, stage-stratified GEO validation summaries, survival validation outputs, Supplementary Figure S2, Supplementary Tables S8-S12, a Figure 6 v51 candidate, and updated source-data/code crosswalk files. Full copyrighted reference PDFs and large raw public datasets are not redistributed in this record. Public raw datasets should be obtained from their original repositories.
