This dataset is provided by the Urban Operation Data Center of Jianli City, with daily reported case data originating from the Jianli Digital Urban Management System. Regulations governing outdoor advertisements stipulate that their installation shall not impair the urban appearance, nor shall they contain false, pornographic, or superstitious content. Outdoor advertisements must have safe structural integrity and shall not obstruct traffic signs. The urban management authorities are tasked with assisting in patrolling and overseeing issues including illegal outdoor advertisements, illegal small advertisements, improperly sited outdoor advertisements, and non-compliant signages. Violators may be ordered to rectify their violations, be fined, or have their relevant illegal advertising facilities demolished. This dataset can facilitate the transformation of urban management law enforcement from passive response to active governance, and advance urban management towards the goals of being refined, efficient, intelligent, and co-governed.
