Dual RNAseq of Medicago species and Ensifer communities. Medicago spp. and Ensifer meliloti

Multiple species of Medicago were inoculated with an 86 strain community of Ensifer meliloti, similar to previous select and resequence experiments. RNA was extracted from the nodule tissue, containing both Medicago and Ensifer, and both were sequenced. The goals include using coexpression analyses to gain insight into the interaction between the two symbiotic partners.
