2024年 各国のウクライナ難民の受け入れ人数

2023年6月30日時点では、ロシア侵攻後に隣国ロシアへと避難したウクライナ避難民が約120万人超えと確認されています。さらに、2023年12月15日時点では、約95万6,635人の難民がウクライナからポーランドへ避難したとの報告があります。欧州全体では、約650万人のウクライナ難民が登録されており、大半が国境を越えて隣国のポーランドへと退避しています。 
ドイツのウクライナ難民受け入れ 
ドイツでは、2024年2月時点で約110万人のウクライナ難民が登録されています。ドイツのウクライナ難民の大半は、2022年3月と4月の間に受け入れが行われたことがわかっています。2023年1月末時点では、ドイツ当局が公式に確認した難民は100万人以上に上り、ドイツのウクライナ難民が受け取る公的給付金の額は、欧州諸国で最高額となっています。 
EUによるウクライナ難民の一時保護 
欧州連合（EU）加盟国は、ウクライナ難民による宿泊施設や医療福祉サービスへのアクセスを保証する一時保護指令（TPD、Temporary Protection Directive）を発動しました。同司令の発動により、ウクライナから戦争を逃れてきた人々は、EUでの滞在許可や労働市場への参入、子どもの教育機関への入学権利を得たのです。この保護措置は2022年2月の戦争開始から1年間の期限付きで導入されましたが、現地の状況により延長される可能性があります。

As of June 30, 2023, it has been confirmed that the number of Ukrainian refugees who have fled to neighboring Russia after the Russian invasion has exceeded 1.2 million. Furthermore, as of December 15, 2023, there have been reports of approximately 956,635 refugees fleeing from Ukraine to Poland. Across Europe, approximately 6.5 million Ukrainian refugees have been registered, with the majority seeking refuge across borders in neighboring Poland. In Germany, as of February 2024, approximately 1.1 million Ukrainian refugees have been registered. The majority of Ukrainian refugees in Germany were admitted between March and April 2022. By the end of January 2023, the number of refugees officially confirmed by German authorities exceeded one million, and the public assistance benefits received by Ukrainian refugees in Germany are the highest among European countries. The European Union (EU) member states have activated the Temporary Protection Directive (TPD) to ensure access to accommodation and welfare services for Ukrainian refugees. This directive has provided those who have fled the war in Ukraine with the right to stay in the EU, access to the labor market, and the right to enroll in educational institutions for children. This protective measure was introduced with a one-year deadline from the start of the war in February 2022 but may be extended due to local circumstances.
