Fast untargeted and targeted high-resolution mass spectrometry workflows for large-scale lipidomics (Dataset A)

This dataset contains information and files related to "Fast HILIC-based workflows with untargeted DDA/SWATH and targeted MRMHR acquisition for high-throughput lipidome profiling". All raw wiff files were acquired on the SCIEX ZenoTOF 7600. Data included in this dataset are as follows: MetaboKit parameter files. Cohort (SCHS) samples extraction and acquisition sequence. All processed data for method development/ optimization and cohort (SCHS) analysis. Untargeted HILIC-DDA/SWATH lipidomics pipeline (R project). Raw wiff files acquired on the SCIEX ZenoTOF 7600 for method development.
