This dataset includes bulk RNA-Seq data from Yumm5.2 murine melanoma cells with Cdkn2a knockdown, either alone or in combination with Slc39a9 knockdown, cultured in vitro Yumm5.2 murine melanoma cells were infected with shRNAs targeting Cdkn2a (hairpins #1 and #2), either alone or in combination with shRNAs targeting Slc39a9 (hairpins #1 and #2). Cdkn2a-targeting shRNAs were cloned into the pLKO.1 vector expressing blasticidin resistance, while Slc39a9-targeting shRNAs were cloned into the pLKO.1 vector expressing puromycin resistance. Infected cells were selected with puromycin and blasticidin for 3 days, after which cells were harvested in Trizol for RNA isolation.
