This dataset is generated based on the Chinese national standard "Guideline of Earthquake Emergency Response and Rescue for Community Volunteers". This standard was proposed by the China Earthquake Administration, under the jurisdiction of the National Earthquake Standardization Technical Committee, and drafted by institutions including the Tianjin Earthquake Administration. This dataset aims to provide question-answer pairs related to earthquake emergency response and rescue for community volunteers, assisting them in better understanding earthquake emergency knowledge, mastering rescue skills, and taking rapid and effective actions when an earthquake strikes. The dataset can be utilized for training, education, as well as fine-tuning and training of artificial intelligence models, to enhance the performance of intelligent question answering systems in relevant fields.
