Fish Lantern

This dataset contains 291 Huizhou fish lantern short videos from Douyin and Xiaohongshu, together with raw comment data, video-level visual annotations, frozen coding schemes, and analysis-ready tables. It supports research on how specific visual features in short videos are associated with different types of audience comment responses. The repository also includes the Python scripts used for data processing, coding, and statistical analysis.
