This archive contains data and results produced in a study assessing glacial lakes and related outburst flood hazard and risk on Earth's Third Pole (linked to a journal article: Increasing risk of glacial lake outburst floods from future Third Pole deglaciation, published in Nature Climate Change in 2021). Glacial lake data sets Glacial lake data sets mapped for 1990 and 2015, and modelled for the future scenarios (2050 and 2100 under RCP2.6, RCP4.5 and RCP8.5; and an ice-free scenario) on the Third Pole.
