FASTQ file were downloaded from ENA PRJEB81507 and processed with SpaceRanger v4.0.1 and refdata-gex-GRCh38-2024-A from 10x Genomics. Bam files are not generated. Tiff images are included, some of which are extracted from original ndpi files by vips copy "file.ndpi[level=4]" lv4.tiff or large tiff file by vips thumbnail large.tiff new.tiff 3000.
