Genotype, mapping and internode length phenotype data from an F2 population derived from a cross between a wild and domesticated common bean

This dataset contains the genotype locus file for MapQTL, raw internode length phenotype data and flowering loci genotyping, MapQTL traitfiles, and linkage mapping file generated from an F2 population derived from a cross between a wild (G12873) and domesticated (Midas) common bean. Genotype data was obtained through DArT, and the linkage map was generated using the JoinMap program. The F2 population was grown under long-day conditions.
