Purpose:To gain a deeper insight into how circSry regulates spermatogenesis in spermatocytes, RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to analyze the genome-wide changes by circSry deletion. Total RNA was extracted from primary spermatocytes of circSry KO mice and Wild-type mice and generated by deep sequencing, in two replicates, using Illumina HiSeq 2500.
