This dataset contains nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra and anti-tumor bioactivity test data of monomeric chemical constituents isolated from the medicinal plant Ferula songorica Pall. ex Schult.In the data generation process, the ethanol extract of Ferula songorica was first separated and purified using silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography, and preparative high-performance liquid chromatography to obtain monomeric compounds. The structures of these compounds were then identified by determining their ¹H-NMR and ¹³C-NMR spectra using a Bruker AVANCE 600 MHz nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer. Subsequently, anti-tumor activity evaluation was performed via the MTT assay, with quantitative data such as test concentrations and absorbance values recorded.The NMR spectra in this dataset can be used for comparison and verification in the structural elucidation of natural products, while the activity data reflect the pharmacological potential of chemical constituents from Ferula songorica. All data have been verified through repeated experiments, with no missing values and an error range controlled within 5%. NMR spectra are stored as Bruker original spectrum files and can be opened and processed using MestReNova software, making them suitable for researchers in the fields of natural product chemistry and medicinal chemistry for subsequent studies and data mining.
