RNA-seq of Auricularia heimuer mycelial tissues cultured with different percentages of bamboo sawdust instead of bamboo sawdust

In this project, different ratios of bamboo sawdust instead of wood sawdust were used as a culture substrate for the cultivation of Auricularia heimuer, and optimized the composition of the culture substrate by transcriptome sequencing to analyze the transcriptional regulation of the growth process of A. heimuer, which affords for understanding the availability of bamboo sawdust for substitution of wood sawdust for cultivation.
