对血流感染临床样本的测序数据进行分析计算,精准分析出样本中已知的血流感染病原微生物物种,获得与之对应的参考序列比对结果,从而鉴定样本中存在的血流感染病原微生物物种,用于临床辅助诊断,显著提高医生的工作效率。对血流感染临床样本中的获得的测序原始数据进行接头、低质量序列、短读长序列、N碱基含量过高等的序列过滤,获得数据进一步以人源基因库为参考基因组过滤掉人源基因及重复序列,通过程序软件建立高质量血流感染病原微生物基因组数据库,将序列与数据库进行比对,获得序列最接近匹配的物种信息以及序列在该物种基因组上的覆盖度等信息,从而实现对血流样本中的物种序列物种鉴定及统计。

Analyzing and calculating the sequencing data of clinical bloodstream infection samples, this workflow accurately identifies known pathogenic microbial species causing bloodstream infections in the samples, acquires corresponding reference sequence alignment results, and thus determines the presence of these pathogenic species in the samples, which supports clinical auxiliary diagnosis and significantly improves the work efficiency of clinicians. Specifically, raw sequencing data obtained from clinical bloodstream infection samples undergo sequence filtering to remove adapter sequences, low-quality reads, short-length reads, and sequences with excessive N base content. The filtered data are then further processed to eliminate human genes and repetitive sequences by aligning against the human reference genome database. A high-quality genomic database of bloodstream infection pathogenic microorganisms is constructed using specialized software. By aligning the processed sequencing reads against this database, information such as the closest matching species and the read coverage on the genome of that species can be obtained, thereby achieving species identification and statistical analysis of microbial sequences in bloodstream infection samples.
