This dataset comprises raw 16S rRNA sequencing data and raw fecal metabolomics data from a 1:1 household‑matched case‑control study of 96 maintenance hemodialysis (HD) patients and 96 healthy controls (HC) who lived in the same household and shared identical dietary and living conditions.16S rRNA sequencing data: The V3‑V4 hypervariable regions of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene were amplified and sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform (2 × 250 bp). Raw data are provided in FASTQ format (organized in subfolders).Fecal metabolomics data: Fecal metabolites were extracted and analyzed using ultra‑high‑performance liquid chromatography coupled with high‑resolution mass spectrometry (UPLC‑HRMS) on an Orbitrap Exploris 120 mass spectrometer. Raw data were acquired in both positive and negative ion modes and are provided as a compressed archive (Raw_data.tar.gz) containing Thermo .raw files. An MD5 checksum file is included for integrity verification.This dataset supports the integrated multi‑omics analysis presented in the accompanying manuscript, which investigates gut dysbiosis and metabolic alterations in hemodialysis patients.
