Development of a test and exercise programme for balance abilities in people with Multiple Sclerosis: data set

This dataset was used to analyse the self-reported difficulty of 19 balance exercises in people with multiple sclerosis.The data in the first column represent the participant ID. The data in the following columns refer to the 19 balance exercises. For example, 'e1' is the first balance exercise.The response options were rated as follows: 'very easy' (5), 'easy' (4), 'challenging' (3), 'very challenging' (2), 'too challenging, it is almost dangerous' (1), and 'dangerous, I would or could fall' (0).
