We report an outbreak of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) among five Singapore-born immunocompetent young men where transmission occurred within two LAN gaming centers in 2012. This report highlights LAN gaming centers as potential hotspots for TB transmission, and the significant challenges faced when performing contact investigation in these settings.
