Intersubjektivität und das Konzept des leiblich Unbewussten Intersubjectivity and the concept of the physically unconscious – a phenomenological perspective Intersoggettività e il concetto di inconscio corporeo – una riflessione fenomenologica

Durch Krankheiten oder Unfälle stürzen Betroffene oft in existenzielle Krisen, sodass sie neben ärztlicher Hilfe auch Psychotherapie benötigen. Für diese PatientenInnen wurde das Modell einer ärztlich-psychotherapeutischen Kooperation entwickelt, in dem PatientInnen, Angehörige und alle Professionals (in Pflege und Therapie) gleichermassen in die Therapieplanung einbezogen sind. Hinzu kommt, dass wir das Behandlungsteam als «narratives Team» verstehen. Im Zentrum der Therapieplanung und der Teamarbeit steht die Beziehung zwischen Organismus und Umwelt. Aus den Erfahrungen in der Behandlung von IntensivpatientenInnen und anderen durch Krankheit oder Unfall verursachten existenziellen Grenzsituationen hat sich die Notwendigkeit der Konzeption eines leiblich Unbewussten als evident erwiesen. Für die Gestaltung einer therapeutisch hilfreichen Umwelt ist die Qualität der Intersubjektivität von entscheidender Bedeutung. Illness or accidents often cause the affected to suffer from an existential crisis, which requires psychotherapeutic treatment, on top of the medical care they receive. For this type of patient, a model has been developed, in which the physician cooperates with the psychotherapist. Furthermore, this model intends to include patient, relatives and all the professionals involved (care as well as therapy personnel) into the planning of the treatment process. It should be noted that we consider the treatment team as the «narrative team». The relationship between organism and environment stands at the centre of the therapy plan as well as the work-team. The necessity to develop a concept of physical unconsciousness is evident from past treatment experiences, e. g. intensive care patients, as well as other existential borderline situations, caused by illness or accidents. The quality of the intersubjectivity is essential when planning a therapeutic and supportive environment. A causa di malattie e incidenti le persone che ne vengono colpite cadono spesso in crisi esistenziali, tanto da richiedere assistenza psicoterapeutica in concomitanza con le cure mediche. Per questi/e pazienti è stato sviluppato un modello di cooperazione medica-psicoterapeutica, in cui i pazienti, i familiari e tutti gli operatori professionali (nella cura e nella terapia) sono coinvolti nella pianificazione della terapia. Inoltre, il personale che si occupa del trattamento del paziente viene inteso come «team narrativo». Al centro della pianificazione della terapia e del lavoro di squadra sta la relazione tra l’organismo e l’ambiente. Dalle esperienze relative al trattamento di pazienti in terapia intensiva e di altre situazioni esistenziali limite causate da malattie e incidenti si è resa evidente la necessità della concezione di un inconscio corporeo. La qualità dell’intersoggettività è di decisiva importanza per la creazione di un ambiente benefico dal punto di vista terapeutico. unknown publishedVersion
