Floral induction; RNA-seq; Differentially transcribed Genes; WGSCN; qRT-PCR The topmost leaves of the Phalaenopsis orchid were pooled at 0 d, 20 d, and 40 d, with three biological replicates at each treatment, each biological replicate consisting of 3 plants.120 phalaenopsis plants were divided equally into two groups of long photoperiod treatment and short photoperiod treatment. Young leaves were extracted for RNA sequencing.
