Ternary weights on binary devices: code, per-matrix count tables and SKY130 simulation results
收藏资源简介:
Code and data for the paper "Ternary Weights on Binary Devices: A Proxy-Model Break-Even Analysis of Three-State Hardware in an H200-Class GPU" (Carson Rodrigues, Celabe). Contents: the streaming measurement of every ternary projection matrix in nine released ternary language models, with its per-matrix count tables (no model weights are redistributed); the break-even model with every input and its source; the balanced-ternary format and datapath simulations; the SKY130 ngspice benches (binary and ternary inverters, the logged offset sweep, process corners, temperature and supply, and Monte Carlo) with a script that fetches the foundry models; the sensitivity analysis; the estimator and model tests and a symbolic check of the closed forms; the recorded Hugging Face revisions; and SHA-256 checksums of the result files. The manuscript is not included. README.md gives the layout and the commands that reproduce each result.
