Assessment of Ecological Health on Negombo Lagoon Datasheet

The provided Excel spreadsheet contains physico-micro data, organized with parameters measured at sampling sites in rows and weeks (Week 1 - 4) with their respective sites arranged in columns. The data can be converted into a CSV file for analysis in R.<br>Certain parameters have been abbreviated, including Total Coliform Count (TCC), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD5), Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and Electrical Conductivity (EC). TCC and BOD5 were transformed to meet parametric assumptions required for specific analyses.<br>Oyster data is available only for the fourth week, as oysters were collected during this period. Data for stations 4 and 5 is absent, as oysters were not found at those sites. Therefore, the analysis is based on data from sites 1, 2, 3, 6, and 7.<br>Water Quality Index (WQI) data has been organized by sampling sites, aligning with our objective of assessing water quality across different sites.
