Pilot evaluation of long-term reproducibility of capillary zone electrophoresis-tandem mass spectrometry for top-down proteomics of a complex proteome sample

In this work, for the first time, we performed a pilot investigation of long-term reproducibility of CZE-MS for TDP of a complex sample (i.e., a yeast cell lysate) to achieve a better understanding of advantages, issues and potential solutions of CZE-MS for large-scale TDP.
