Replication Data for Early development and dynamics of nasopharyngeal microbiota in infants during the COVID-19 pandemic: A 2-year prospective birth cohort study

The dataset contains the raw data of 16S rRNA gene sequencing described in the paper "Early development and dynamics of nasopharyngeal microbiota in infants during the COVID-19 pandemic: A 2-year prospective birth cohort study" by Aleix Lluansí, Pedro Brotons, et al. This dataset includes a total of 72 samples from 32 children, collected at three different time points: 3-6 months, 12 months, and 18-24 months. In addition to the sequencing data, the dataset also includes the associated clinical necessary to reproduce the analysis and results presented in the study.
