Validation data of deep learning model predicting Nugent score

This dataset provides the validation results for a deep learning model designed to predict the Nugent score, which is used to diagnose bacterial vaginosis. The data set includes results from the advanced BV model, evaluated using 106 microscopic images. Table S1 presents the predicted Nugent scores along with the corresponding confidence scores generated by the model.
