Data and scripts for "Penguins on the Move: Mapping Priority Penguin Habitat Areas under Climate Change"

This repository contains the data and R scripts associated with the study “Penguins on the Move: Mapping Priority Penguin Habitat Areas under Climate Change.” It includes two main workflows: one for preparing occurrence data obtained from GBIF, as detailed in Table S2 of the Supplementary Material, and conducting HMSC analyses; and another for using the resulting model outputs in spatial prioritization analyses to identify priority penguin habitat areas under current and future climate scenarios.
