This dataset originates from experiments in which human participants played the first-person shooter (FPS) game *Doom*. Some participants utilized aimbots (aim assist software), while the remaining players did not.
The dataset includes comprehensive gameplay-related data, such as players' behavioral patterns, mouse movements, inflicted damage, selected weapons, kill counts, death counts, and enemy positions.
Participants were recruited from lab members, the authors' professional colleagues, and members of the FPS gaming community.
This dataset captures the dynamic in-game performance of players across diverse skill levels, alongside the operational performance of aimbots. In terms of scale, the dataset covers participants with a wide spectrum of gaming skill levels.
The core task objective of this dataset is to evaluate players' in-game performance and the detectability of aimbots within FPS gaming environments.
