Bio2RDF is a life science mashup dataset, which is the first public version released at the HCLS workshop during the 16th International World Wide Web Conference (WWW2007). The datasets paper was selected and published in the Journal of Biomedical Informatics in May 2008. Another paper titled Bio2RDF: A Semantic Web Atlas of Post Genomic Knowledge about Human and Mouse describes the datasets creation process and goals. The dataset belongs to the biology category and is sized between 100M and 1B.
