Transfer, attenuation, and reversal of groundwater contaminant AI across hydrogeochemical regimes

This repository contains the provenance-locked benchmark datasets and deterministic analysis pipeline supporting the manuscript ‘Transfer, attenuation, and reversal of groundwater contaminant AI across hydrogeochemical regimes.’ The exact Gold-A and Gold-B CSV files are included and pass verify_release.py; the final analysis pipeline has been rerun on those exact bytes. ```bash python verify_release.py pip install -r requirements.txt python final_analysis_pipeline_v1.py ``` The verification script checks the exact benchmark row counts, domain counts, exceedance counts, required columns and SHA-256 provenance. The analysis pipeline produces machine-readable transfer matrices, LOPO results, bootstrap coefficient summaries, selective-policy results and 50-split domain-adaptation summaries under `results/`.
