Exploration of gallbladder microbiome and its association with gallbladder cancer.

This study investigates the microbial composition of the gallbladder in patients with gallbladder cancer (GBC) and healthy individuals. Using 16S rRNA gene sequencing, we analysed bile microbiome to identify microbial dysbiosis association with cancer progression. the dataset include nucleotide sequence from bacterial taxa commonly found in gallbladder environments, highlighting potential oncogenic and protective microbial signature.
