The RMS-Mutation-Prediction-Expert-Annotations collections contains expert-generated annotations of the regions of interest identified in the pathology slides from the RMS-Mutation-Prediction collection. Annotations were generated manually, using the ImageScope tool, to delineate regions of ARMS (alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma), ERMS (embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma), stroma, and necrosis and stored as planar contours, consequently converted into Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) Structured Report (SR) representation.
