To explore polyhydroxyalkanoates-producing bacteria in the coastal area of Shenzhen, China, mutilple enviroment samples are collected during the periond from 2019 to 2021. All the isolated are identifed by using the 16S rRNA gene sequence. The PHA-producing bateria are identified by having phaC gene, whose draft genomes are sequenced.
