Microarray data for identification of a circulating carbohydrate antigen as highly specific and sensitive target for schistosomiasis serology

This dataset consist the raw data, extracted results, and processed data which led to identification of circulating anoidic antigen (CAA) as a highly specific and sensitive target for future development of a schistosomiasis antibody-detection tool.

Please, use the "read-me" file to navigate the contents. The "SLIDES" folder contain raw data in the form of microarray scan images organised per array print and the extracted result files. The "Microarray data included in paper" contains all processed microarray data used in the Kildemoes et al. "Identification of a circulating carbohydrate antigen as highly specific and sensitive target for schistosomiasis serology" preprint version found on doi.org/10.1101/2023.03.07.23286891 (link can be found on bottom of page).
