On the Deficiencies of the Compton Wavelength Formula: Mass-Wavelength Relations under World Quantum Theory

Abstract This paper systematically analyzes three fundamental deficiencies in the Compton wavelength formula λC=h/mc: (1) It neglects the dynamic structure ratio d/v between a world quantum’s internal rotation and macroscopic motion, incorrectly assuming it to be unity; (2) It employs locally measured mass mk without conversion to the cosmically normalized cosmic mass unit Mo (3) It fails to operate within a unified Cosmic Unified Metrology (CUM) framework for length and time, resulting in dimensional fragmentation.
